If you already have an existing ePlans account, you can use your existing account email address and password. If you are new to ePlans, you will need to create an account in order to access the system.

ePlans is the New Jersey Department of Community Affair’s Electronic Plan Submission System. Through ePlans, you may submit an application, pay fees and manage your plan review projects from start to finish.
